A year head is responsible for the academic and social development of the students in the first three years. Each year head works closely with class (form) tutors. These tutors are a point of contact for the students in each class group (around 24 students) and monitor aspects of their school life such as academic progress, behaviour, involvement in extra curricular activities and engagement in our pastoral care programme. The class tutor will get to know each student well and is the primary contact of the school with parents. The tutor is also responsible for delivering the SPHE curriculum.
